Rebecca Boulsbee
Rebecca Boulsbee, President, spends her days at work providing direction on thought partnerships, creative design, and communications strategy, and running the rest of the business (yes, she is a Jill of all trades, and no, she doesn’t have a lot of free time). As an Art Psychotherapist, she firmly believes in the innumerable benefits of honing an artistic practice (ask her about her latest crafting obsession!). Although she’s an online marketing expert, Rebecca spends her spare time at her off-grid cabin at the lake with her furry sidekick, Choco-LOTI, and her husband.
Lisa Leung
Lisa is our digital communications specialist / production artist at NRG. She’s a serious outdoor enthusiast, avid hiker, camper and photographer and can often be found tackling the nature’s challenges in the mountains.
Drew Simmons
Drew is our Sr. Graphic / Production Designer. He has a wide range of creative expertise that makes him an essential player on our team! His love for technology keeps his skills sharp and on top of the latest trends. Drew’s true passion is being a dad to four kids, and to unwind he loves cooking, fishing, and playing golf.
Taylor Hatkoski
Taylor is our human version of Grammarly (but better) – if she’s not copywriting, editing, or managing projects, she’s applying rhetorical concepts to content strategy. Taylor’s ideal day involves a sunrise yoga practice, a long run along the waterfront, and curling up with a book on the couch. She can often be found eating dessert for breakfast and planning vacations to places she can surf.
Neil Webb
Neil is our in-house wiz at project management, strategic thinking, interactive digital design, and video production. He’s a voracious traveler, a #vanlife enthusiast, and a lover of photography. When he’s not concocting the best flat white, you can find Neil building either birch-ply furniture or intricate lego designs.
Rob Lusk
Meet Rob, co-founder. When he’s not busy, you’ll find him happily smoking ribs in his backyard, usually with a glass of Malbec (“it’s good value!”) in hand.
Nancy Fotopoulos
Nancy is the Co-founder of The NR Group. She loves spending time in the great outdoors, and readily admits to doing her best thinking while hiking a trail or on the golf course.
